Yoga for Osteoporosis
Yoga has been proven in studies to reverse osteoporosis in many women (thanks to Dr. Loren Fishman), and I will teach you the easy-peezy series of poses that are doing this and adapt them according to your needs .

Chanting and Breath
Yoga is not just about poses--to get in the "now" we also can meditate or chant and do pranayama (breathing exercises).
Learn some great pranayamas and chants with me Sundays at 7 PM EST
for 45 minutes.
$10 per person or PWYC
